About Serenity
Serenity (known as Serenity Portugal) is a medical and health concierge service based in Lisbon, focused on helping expats and newcomers seamlessly navigate Portugal’s healthcare are system. Founded in 2021, Serenity offers tailored support via nurse-led case management, insurance guidance, and clinical advocacy-so you can focus on feeling well, not lost in bureaucracy.
In response to growing requests from our Members, we are proud to announce the opening of Serenity Spain, with our first hub in none other than Barcelona-a vibrant city where culture, quality of life, and world-class healthcare meet.
